The Truth:
Interestingly, Sutter began claiming that he had two doctorates
sometime after claiming to have earned three. Over the years, it appears that he
forgot about his Ph.D. in Trauma Psychology (although he unscrupulously sought victims
of trauma to "counsel" under his phony credentials).
At one point (on an earlier version of his ZoomInfo page), he was claiming that all three of his doctorates were from King's
Word Seminary:

When people started to notice that
this institution didn't exist, Sutter changed his story to say that he only had
two doctorates, both from the
Universal Life Church...
They were indeed:
